Registering is easy! You need to have a customer account on our website. Log in to your account and in your customer account you'll now find a section called ‘Easy Club - Loyalty’. You earn and collect points for every order you place on our website or in shop (Belgium), provided you have a customer account on our website.
For every euro spent, you earn 1 loyalty point.
You can redeem your points for the reward of your choice. The amount of each reward is shown in the ‘Discover our unique rewards’ section below and also in the ‘My rewards’ tab in the loyalty area of your customer account.
Go to the ‘My rewards’ tab in the loyalty area of your customer account to see the rewards available and already active in your account.
The only orders eligible for the loyalty programme are those placed after registration with our Easy Club. Points are not awarded retroactively. You will therefore not receive any points for your previous orders.
No, points do not expire. From the moment you start collecting points, they will always remain available in your customer account if you don't redeem them for rewards.
Yes, once you claim a reward, you have 3 months from the date you claim it to use it. So if you redeem 250 points for a 5% discount voucher on 1 January, you will have until 31 March inclusive to use it. After that date, the reward will be lost and your redeemed points cannot be recovered.
In your customer account there is a section called ‘Easy Club - Loyalty’. Here you can browse your loyalty programme and view your points and rewards by clicking on the ‘My Easy Club’ button.
You can only earn loyalty points with an in-store purchase if you have a customer account on our website. If you have made a purchase without mentioning your participation in the loyalty programme, contact our customer service department at the following address: sav@easy-clothes *. Please explain your situation and, of course, enclose your receipt and your personal details (first name, surname, email address). *Only valid if your purchase was made by credit card with proof of payment (= receipt) in the 14 days prior to your request. The next time you make a purchase in an Easy Clothes shop, always give your name and email address at the checkout, specifying that you are part of the loyalty programme, and your points will automatically be added.
All clothing, accessories and jewellery products are eligible for the loyalty programme. The only products that are ineligible are digital gift cards purchased in shop.
You can check your points and rewards at any time via the ‘My Easy Club’ section of your customer account. When you reach a new VIP level, you will also receive an email to let you know.
As many times as your points allow. There's no limit to how many rewards you can get, as long as you have enough points to exchange them for.
You can use as many vouchers as you like on the same shopping basket, as long as you enter each code one by one in the ‘Promotional code’ section before proceeding to payment.
If you claim a refund on your bank account following a return, then the points accumulated for the refunded items will be deducted from your Easy Club account. If you choose a refund in the form of a voucher following a return, then you will keep the points earned for the items returned. However, when you place your next order, you will not earn points for the amount paid via this type of payment, as these points will already have been awarded to you the previous time.

There are two ways to obtain exclusive Easy Club rewards. You can exchange your points for the reward(s) of your choice and, at the same time, you reach VIP levels and are automatically awarded a unique reward.
VIP tiers are automatically calculated according to the points accumulated on your Easy Club account. Even if you have spent these points, they will still be taken into account in the total calculated to define your VIP tier. Details of the VIP tiers can be found on this page.
Simply go to your customer account, in the ‘Easy Club - loyalty’ section and click on the ‘My Easy Club’ button. On this page, you can obtain a unique sponsorship link. All you have to do is share it with your friends! You'll earn 10 points for every first order placed by your friends, as long as it's their first Easy Clothes order. As for new customers, they'll get 10% off their first order, as long as they use the unique referral link sent to them. Once you have created your account via the referral link, you will receive a -10% voucher. The code enabling you to take advantage of your discount can be found in your customer account under the ‘My Easy Club’ tab, in the ‘How do I redeem my points?’ section.
