Returns & exchanges policy 

Do you want to return something? No problem! Easy Clothes offers you the opportunity to exchange, [replace] and return clothes [items?] if they do not suit you. Nonetheless, returns are possible under certain conditions:

  • You must notify the request by generating a return label in the section “details of my orders” within 14 days of receiving your article.
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. 
  • Label is not prepaid; the client is therefore responsible for the return shipping cost. The items must be sent back through the secure delivery [and parcel return] system DPDusing the label that will be available when your return will be generated and accepted by EASY CLOTHES. This return parcel must be dropped off at a DPD collection Point (PickUp) and you can find the label in "MY RETURN".
  • Note that the return address is already pre-encoded on the RETURN label. If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use his own reinforced packaging.

In the event of non-compliance with those instructions, the return item will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy and it will not be reimbursed (under the form of a voucher).

This amount will be deducted from the amount of the credit generated following the RETURN.

How to generate a return?

In order to generate a return form, please go to the section “My account” – “History and details of my orders”. In this section, select the concerned order, choose the items that you want to return and then click on the “Generate a return form” button. Be careful, the return must be done within 14 days [following the receipt of the package?].

You can check the status of the return in the section “my Returns”. As soon as the return request is accepted, the status will then be in "waiting for the package" and a link to the PDF to be put inside the return package as well as your RETURN label will be available on "MY RETURN". (1 file for both PDFs)

Once the return is finished in our system, you will receive, in the section “my vouchers”, a promotional code mentioning the amount of the returned item(s) from which the return shipping cost will have been deducted. The price is the same than for shipping.

Your voucher will be registered directly in our database and you will be able to use it either on, either in our shop.

Easy Clothes also gives you the opportunity to return the items by hand (in order to avoid return shipping costs) at the shop (please go and see the “Shop” section for more info).


Can I track the status of my parcel ?
Yes, on
www.dpd.comyou can follow your parcel. All you need is the 14-figure parcelnumber.
