We offer two new collections a month, they are thought by Marine and her team. We announce these on our social media.
We have two stores in Belgium. They’re located in Liège and Louvain-la-Neuve. The addresses and opening schedules can be found in “the stores” tab.
Our articles are made in France, Italy and China. We have at heart to select each supplier for their quality and know-how.

We understand it is hard to choose the right size when ordering online. To help you choosing, we indicate the measurements in each product card. These measurements are taken at the hips for the bottom pieces and the armpits for the tops. My Account
You have several options to place an order on our website. A registration is quick and easy. It allows you a quick access to your orders and your returns. It is also possible to sign in with Facebook or just log in as a “guest account”.
Go to the “LOG IN / SIGN UP” and create your account.
If you forgot your password, follow the same path as if you were logging in and click on “Forgot your password”. Follow the steps and you’ll receive an email with your new password.
In “My Account”, you have access to all your personal data. You can edit and add new addresses.
Order on the Website
You just have to select the size, the quantity you wish to order and click on “Add to cart” . Once all the desired items are added to the cart, click on “My cart” to place the order.
In this category you’ll find all the articles you created an alert for. The alert allows you to receive an email once an article from your list is back in stock.
Easy to use, you’ll never miss your favorite again!
On each article you can click on the heart on the top right of the picture. This action automatically adds the article in your favorite list. You can find all your favorite articles in one place and add them straight to your cart.
No, even placed in your cart, the articles can’t be saved for you before an order is placed and paid. These items can therefore be out of stock and yet still appear in your cart.
You can edit your order if it hasn’t been paid or confirmed in the “my cart” tab. Once the payment is made, the articles ordered can’t be edited.
To cancel an order, you must immediately contact our customer service at this address : sav[at]easy-clothes.com
Go to “my orders” and click on “follow my orders” in order to follow your package.

Yes. You just have to edit the shipping address in the purchase tunnel.
With each purchase on our website, a confirmation email is sent to you. Also, you’ll have a confirmation directly on your Easy Clothes account in the tab “my orders”.
You can easily buy a gift card on our website. You therefore have to go to the tab “Gift card”. Once your order is validated, your gift card is directly sent by email.
Yes. Simply by clicking on “Newsletter”, you’ll receive information about the latest news, new collections dates and our promotions.
My Delivery
This chapter obviously depends on the country of delivery, we invite you to visit our tab “Delivery” for more.
Easy Clothes offers 3 delivery options :
- Delivery in point relay / post office
- Home delivery
- Pickup in our Easy Clothes shop (only in Belgium)
You can follow your parcel at any time from the tab “my orders”. Click on the reference of your order and you’ll automatically be redirected to the carrier website and you’ll be able to see your shipping number, the step of your shipment, the estimated delivery and more.
Delivery fees are mentioned in the tab “Fast delivery”. You can benefit from a free delivery with a cart of minimum 75€ ( only in Belgium, Luxembourg and France) for a point relay delivery and from 100€ for a home delivery ( only in Belgium, Luxembourg and France).
You can receive your order at the address of your choice : at home, at work, in a point relay or directly in our Easy Clothes store.

Whatever delivery mode you’ve chosen, an email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. In case of a problem or a delay with your order, please contact our customer service in our tab “Contact us” or directly with an email : sav[at]easy-clothes.com.
Our carrier will inform you in advance for the delivery date of your parcel.
You can also track your shipping from your Easy Clothes account in the tab “my orders”.
If you can’t be present when the deliveryman arrives, your parcel will then be delivered to a relay point / post office in the vicinity of your home.
You’ll be able to decide when you prefer to pick up your parcel.
The deliveryman will leave a notice in your mailbox, you’ll then know where your parcel will be left at your disposal. You will also receive a confirmation email with the address where your parcel has been left.
In order to receive your parcel, you’ll need to bring your ID. You’ll have about 7 business days to pick it up (may vary depending on the relay point and the carrier it’s been left at). Once that period passed, your parcel will be returned to the sender.
If you didn’t receive a notice or an email, please note that all of your shipping information are available at any time on your Easy Clothes account. Any doubt ? Please, write to our customer service : sav[at]easy-clothes.com.
All information regarding your parcel’s whereabouts are available at any time on your Easy Clothes account under “my orders” tab.
Available relay point will be directly offered to you when confirming your order. If you wish to consult the different pick up shop available in your area, you’ll find them directly on our carrier website.

The payment is made when the order is placed and is required for the order to be valid. The amount requested will be the one displayed in the purchase tunnel, without any additional charges.

You have 14 days from the moment your parcel is available for pick up to make a return. We invite you to read our tab “Returns & exchanges”, where the procedure is explained step by step.
Please note, the only item that cannot be returned to us is the "gift packaging".
As soon as your return is treated, a voucher will be issued and will directly be in our data base. You’ll receive a promotional code as soon as the return is treated, you’ll be able to use it on www.easy-clothes.com or in one of our stores. The voucher will be given right after the return is accepted (the returned items must be in perfect conditions and the original labels must still be on them). You’ll be able to access your promotional codes at any time in the section “My discounts” by going in “My account”.
If you prefer a refund, you can totally ask it to our customer service at sav[at]easy-clothes.com, which will use the same payment method as the one used when first paying.
Your voucher is directly registered in our data base, and you will receive a promotional code as soon as your returned article is treated. As soon as you receive the email informing you of the promotional code, this one will be usable. This voucher is available 1 year (the expiration date can be found on the voucher) and is applicable on all articles, even on articles on sales.
All of your promotional codes can be found under “my discounts” in “my account”.
It is possible to use your voucher in more than one order.
Return fees are at your costs and will be deducted when your return parcel is treated. Everything is explained in the section “Return under 14 days”.
