If you cannot be there when the package arrives, it will then be delivered to a relay point / post office near your home. You can then decide when you want to pick it up.

Depending on the carrier, your delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox (or by email) mentioning the address of the relay point as well as when your package will be available for pickup.

Bring your identity card to collect your package.

You have 7 working days (this may vary depending on the relay point and the carrier) to pick it up. After this deadline, the package is automatically returned to us.

If a product is indicated as unavailable, it is because it's no longer in stock at the moment. However, it can return at any time. You can create a back-in-stock alert to be informed by e-mail as soon as it is available again 🙌🏻

If the clothing does not suit you or if you have simply changed your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the parcel to us. Please note : only products returned in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed will be accepted.
