  • •Check the items you wish to return
  • •Indicate the reason for return
  • •Click on the "Generate a return" button
  • •Print your return form available on your customer account in the "My returns" section.
  • •Stick the label on your package

- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn with their original labels. - The items will be returned at the customer's expense via the delivery and return method, using the label that will be available when your return is generated and accepted by EASY CLOTHES, regardless of the delivery method chosen. - Please note that the return address is already pre-encoded on the RETURN label. - If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.

In case of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered as not complying with our return policy and will not be refunded.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The price depends on the country from which you are returning the package AND the carrier you chose when you placed your order.

Belgium :
-For any order sent with the Bpost carrier, the return is made by Bpost and amounts to 4.50€*.


-For any order sent with the carrier Mondial Relay, the return is made by Mondial Relay and amounts to 3.50€*.

* If you have benefited from a free shipment at the time of your order, thanks to the use of a voucher or thanks to the amount of your order which allowed you to reach the free delivery (rq: only in Belgium, Luxembourg and in France), and if the entire order is returned, then the shipping costs will be charged to you.
